Focused is excited to officially open our newest office headquartered in London.

This expansion reflects a clear shift we are seeing across the market. Teams are moving beyond experimenting with AI agents and are now focused on integrating them into real, production-grade enterprise systems. Our work in the US has been central to this shift, and expanding into EMEA will allow us to support customers in Europe and around the globe as they navigate similar challenges.

EMEA is a natural next step.

Over the past year, Focused has deepened its focus on agentic systems, context engineering, and the operational challenges that emerge once agents leave demos and enter real environments. In 2025, many organizations proved agents could work. In 2026, the challenge is integration. That means connecting agents to existing services, data, and workflows in a way that is reliable, observable, and secure.

Focused continues to be the only boutique consultancy endorsed by LangChain, partnering closely with teams building agentic systems that reason, act, and integrate with existing enterprise software. In parallel, Focused has expanded its observability capabilities in partnership with Honeycomb, helping organizations understand, debug, and operate non-deterministic systems once they reach production.

The London office will be led by Focused co-founder Luke Mueller, who brings a long track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software inside real-world enterprise environments. Luke’s work has consistently centered on strong technical foundations, clear ownership models, and teams that build systems meant to last.

In London, Luke will focus on growing an exceptional engineering organization while working closely with customers to design and operate integrated agent systems that fit naturally into their existing platforms. His leadership reflects Focused’s belief that successful agentic systems are built through sound engineering practices, thoughtful integration, and teams that understand both the technology and the business it supports.

Mueller added:

We’re expanding our capabilities across the pond to help our customers connect agents to the systems they already depend on and operate them with the same rigor as any other production software. The only difference over here is getting used to British spelling and the larger pint!”

This expansion allows Focused to better support global customers while continuing to grow and invest in its work across the United States. It marks the next chapter in Focused’s work with enterprises adopting agentic AI not as isolated products, but as integrated systems that must operate reliably within the software they already run.
