Daniel Fellows leads Focused's UK & Europe business as Managing Director, bringing 15+ years of experience building and scaling AI, data, and enterprise platforms across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and the public sector. As founder and CEO of Get-Optimal, he scaled an AI SaaS platform across 15 markets. He has since driven 100%+ year-over-year ARR growth and international expansion for companies including Diversio, Indeed, TELUS Health, Vodafone, and Microsoft.

At Focused, Daniel operates as a trusted advisor and technical expert, bringing a commercial mindset paired with a consultative, listen-first approach to every engagement, digging into the hardest problems to find the right answer rather than the expected one, and building the relationships and durable, agentic AI systems that turn ambition into results in the most regulated markets.
