Candice Yono

Candice Yono is the VP of Growth and Operations at Focused. Her career started in UX and product management, shaped by a graduate school course on business processes that sent her into real workplaces to dive into how things actually operate. She's carried that mindset, digging into real problems before solving them, ever since.

With over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams across product, design, and delivery, Candice brings a practitioner's understanding to the operational and strategic challenges of growing a company. She has worked with mid-market and enterprise organizations across logistics, automotive, e-commerce, insurance, and hospitality. At Focused, she partners with leadership to bring clarity and alignment to how the company sells, delivers, and scales. She holds two Master's degrees from the University of Michigan.
