What would you be doing: As a Marketing and Operations Associate with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming office environment, managing daily office operations, and collaborating on marketing efforts. Your role will involve developing and implementing sophisticated social media strategies, conceptualizing and publishing high-quality content, organizing events, overseeing our YouTube channel, and more.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and executing advanced social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to significantly enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
- Creating and publishing compelling marketing content that aligns with our company's goals and resonates with our target audience.
- Organizing and coordinating complex events, ensuring successful execution, promotion, and follow-up.
- Leading collaborations with team members to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Managing YouTube channel operations, including content strategy, scheduling, viewer engagement, and in-depth performance analysis.
- Overseeing day-to-day office tasks such as organizing office supplies, restocking the fridge, coordinating lunches, and planning in-person events.
- Efficiently managing office supplies and food inventory, including forecasting needs and placing orders as required.
- Ensuring a warm welcome for office visitors and streamlining the onboarding process for new employees, including badge distribution.
- Overseeing office facilities to maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors to coordinate office services and repairs effectively.
- Supporting team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds for event setup, office rearrangement, and supply management.

- You have previous with Hubspot or another similar CRM.

- You possess significant experience in office administration or coordination roles, preferably within small, dynamic companies.

We believe employees should be paid fairly and equitably. Salary ranges may vary depending on your previous experience. The Denver salary for this role is: $65,000 - $80,000.
